Amid the Coronavirus outbreak, majority of us have been self-quarantined for a while now. On Sunday, India also observed a Janta Curfew. For everyone who got too bored staying indoors, Smriti Irani started a Twitter antakshari and Karan Johar was super enthusiastic to join in. It unfolded to be funnier than we thought.
“We are a 130 crore family so tag karna mushkil hai ki next kaun gaana uthayega isiliye sing / tweet a song coz ye apni marzi wala #TwitterAntakshari hai,” Smriti’s tweet read.
KJO soon responded, and wrote, “Helloji! Antakshari is my favourite time pass activity! To main Zaroor contribute karna chahoonga…with my favourite song… Lag ja gale …ke phir ye haseen raat ho na ho…Shayad phir is janam mein mulakat ho na ho……ab aapki bari!!!!”.
Smriti Irani’s humour was on point, and she pointed out how Karan had picked the perfectly wrong track, at the time of social distancing…LOL!
“Lag jaa gale is the wrong song during #corona,” she replied to Karan, with a handful of facepalm emojis.
The country is indeed having a difficult time dealing with Covid-19…better keep all our ‘Lag Jaa Gale’ stints for another time!

Eleven of the 35 occupants of Kalpana Tower where Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor stayed with her uncle on March 13, have tested negative for Corona virus. The reports of 24 persons are awaited.
