Deepika Padukone has become very active on social media during the lockdown period and has been giving a glimpse into her daily life at home. The actress who lives with husband Ranveer Singh in their apartment in Prabhadevi shared her weekend travel plans on Instagram.

Deepika shared a floor plan (probably of her house) and used it as a map for her weekend travel. Sharing the image, she wrote, “Looking at the map for some weekend travel ideas.”

Guess this is what the travel plans for every Indian look like at least for the next two weeks.

Deepika has been posting a series of Instagram posts and terming it as different episodes. However, the streak got interrupted by Katrina Kaif. Deepika said that Katrina stole her idea. “I regret to inform you that Season 1: Episode 5 stands cancelled because Katrina stole my idea! Hmmf,” Deepika said while posting a video of Katrina washing dishes.

During this time of crisis with everyone in the country locked up in their house, actor Ayushamnn Khurrana is putting out his poetry skills on social media. On Friday, the actor lauded Banaras based poet Neeti Panday as he shared a video in which he was seen reading out her poem.

“Kisi aur ka khamiyaaza kyu bharr raha hai aadmi, Aadmi laachar jag mai mar raha hai aadmi. Bhool dekh dusro ki seekh le na kuch saka, Aaj par utpaad kaisa kar raha hai aadmi. Jab chhill jaani hai zindagi maut me tapi in sadko par, Rakh zindagi hatheli par kyu vichar raha hai aadmi,” Khurrana recited. The poem held immense relevance to the scenario we are currently living in.

A few days ago, Ayushmann Khurrana had recited a poem written by Pallavi Trivedi whom he had discovered during his time under self-isolation.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana will next be seen in Gulabo Sitabo with Amitabh Bachchan and in an untitled action thriller with Anubhav Sinha, after their last collaboration on Article 15.

Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra recently appeared as the guest on the eighth season of singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs. On the show, the actor went down the memory lanes and narrated some of the incidents from his youth that changed him as a person.

“Being the son of a teacher, my school life was disciplined. I worked hard and aced my year-end exams, but college changed all that. It was full of fun and frolic. However, I am sad to admit that I paid no attention to studies and my exam results reflected that,” he revealed. He also said that once his results were so bad that he had to bribe the head clerk to make sure that the mark sheet was not delivered to his father.

However, things did not go in Dharmendra’s favour and the mark sheet reached his house.”I realised my mistake and confessed to my mother. I felt immensely guilty for deceiving my father,” Dharmendra said. He further said that he felt a sense of relief after coming clean to his father.
