Actor Saif Ali Khan followed the footsteps of his mother Sharmila Tagore to join the film business and so did Sara Ali Khan by following her mother Amrita Singh and Saif. Meanwhile, there are speculations that his son Ibrahim Ali Khan will also join the films instead of opting for another career.

When asked whether he would launch his son in the film industry, Saif Ali Khan said that he doesn’t know whether he would launch Ibrahim but his son certainly has an inclination towards films rather than getting an academic job. He said it was only Sara who thought of having a regular job before she got into films.

He said that if he were to give advice to Ibrahim, he would ask him to be careful with his choices and be well prepared as it is completely different times now.

On the work front, Saif Ali Khan will be next seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Bhoot Police.

To spread more awareness about the outbreak of Coronavirus, Deepika Padukone took up the ‘Safe Hands’ challenge as she was recently nominated by the Director-General of the World Health Organisation, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. Sharing a video, the actress not only spread the important message of how to prevent the spread of the pandemic but also, further carried the baton to nominate more celebrities.

Taking to her social media, Deepika Padukone shared a video as she can be visibly seen wearing a mask which has become essential to protect oneself from the global virus and is washing away her hands. She posted, “Thank You @DrTedros, for nominating me for the #SafeHands Challenge! #COVID19 surely is an uphill health and public safety task, but all of us are in this fight together! To spread the message of cleanliness and precautionary measures further, Deepika nominated Roger Federer, Cristiano Ronaldo and Virat Kohli for the #SafeHandsChallenge.

‘Safe Hands’ challenge is a new global campaign by WHO where the entity has asked to share a video of how to wash your hands neatly to safeguard yourself from the virus. The outbreak has infected more than 150,000 people worldwide and killed over 5,600, continuing its scare. With this, Deepika surely contributed as she took part and furthered its reach.

A week ago, Hollywood actor Tom Hanks revealed that he and his wife Rita Wilson had tested positive for Coronavirus. The actor has been Australia for the shooting for Elvis Presley biopic. They were released from the hospital earlier this week and are in self-quarantine in Australia.

On Tuesday, Tom Hanks took to social media to share health updates. “Hey folks. Good News: One week after testing Positive, in self-isolation, the symptoms are much the same. No fever but the blahs.”

“Folding the laundry and doing the dishes leads to a nap on the couch,” he continued as he joked about his wife Rita Wilson beating him at cards. “Bad news: My wife @ritawilson has won 6 straight hands of Gin Rummy and leads by 201 points.”

Referencing his previous post in which he roasted some of his friends for using yoo much Vegemite on his toast, he wrote, “But I have learned not to spread my Vegemite so thick.”

“I travelled here with a typewriter, one I used to love,” he concluded his post. “We are all in this together. Flatten the curve.”

Tom Hanks’ son took to Instagram to also share an update about his parents. “They’re out of the hospital,” Chet Hanks said. “They’re still self-quarantined obviously, but they’re feeling a lot better, so that’s a relief.”

“My prayers go out to you because a lot of people are suffering other than my parents right now,” he continued. “I think the most important thing is we just stay calm because panicking really isn’t necessary, and it’s just making things more difficult than they need to be. If you went to the grocery store and hoarded all the water and toilet paper for yourself I think you’re the problem.”

“You should think more all of others for once,” he added. “I think if we all just be a little less selfish and a little more selfless we’re gonna be completely fine.”

On the work front, Tom Hanks was shooting for Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming Elvis Presley biopic where he is essaying the role of Elvis’ manager.

British singer Dua Lipa is once again getting into the K-pop scene and this time she has collaborated with celebrated artiste Hwasa of the girl group, Mamamoo who is a rapper, singer and songwriter. The duo has come out with the remix of Dua’s ‘Physical’ track and it is a bop!

Hwasa and Dua’s collaboration perfectly blends together as it brings two talented artists on a dance anthem. The singer, in 2019, performed at MNET Asian Music Awards where she performed ‘Don’t Start Now’ while Hwasa did a cover of Dua’s song ‘New Rules’.

Last time, Dua Lipa collaborated with K-pop girl group BlackPink on the ‘Kiss and Make Up’ track.
